Out of State Applicants / Cancelation List

Due to a severe increase in demand, all out of state applicants will go on a cancellation list and I will reach out once I have available dates.
Out-of-state applicants who are willing to travel to Cody (KCOD) can fill out this form to be added to my cancellation list. As dates become available, I will contact applicants in the order they were received. This list is primarily for those who are already signed off or will be ready for checkrides in the next 2-3 weeks. I do not schedule more than one month in advance. If I contact you and you are not ready, your name will be removed from the list, and you must resubmit the form to be added back.
