About Me
I am a Designated Pilot Examiner in Northern Wyoming. I am authorized to do Private, Instrument, Commercial, Multi Engine, ATP, and Flight Instructor Checkrides working under the Denver FSDO.

Background
Experiance
I currently have over 13,000 hours total time with over 5,000 hours dual given. I hold a Gold Seal Instructor, and am NAFI Master Flight Instructor. I hold multiple type ratings including the Airbus A320 and Citation 525, and have flown over 50 different make and models of aircraft.
I currently fly corporate jets. While I have experience in business aviation, my true passion remains in General Aviation and mentoring new pilots, with a strong focus on aviation safety and flight training excellence.
Flight Instructor Experience
My dad took me on my first flight when I was 10 years old, and the thrill of that flight hooked me to become a pilot! I got my private pilot license when I was 19 years old, and have been flying ever since (over 20 years now).

I initially became a flight instructor to build flight hours, but enjoyed being a flight instructing much more than I would have ever imagined. After a few years of teaching primary students, then became a Cirrus Standardized Instructor Instructor Pilot (CSIP), then went on doing initial and recurrent turbo prop courses in the King Air Series, Piper Meridian and Kodiak. I started a flight school in Cody Wyoming in 2007 where we have a 2 year collegiate program.

My favorite part of my job was tailwheel instruction and mountain flying courses.
135 Charter Pilot
In addition to flight instructing, I also previously worked for a 135 company where we did Medevac, Air Attack, Charter flights, and aircraft management. Here are some of the routes I have flown as a charter pilot.

Personal Life
On a personal note, I have a full house that keeps my heart full. My world revolves around my incredible wife with our three amazing daughters, aged 8, 5, and 1.

Hobbies outside of flying include Chess, Volleyball and Tennis.
